Why can I access admin with my DJ password?
This is normal behaviour for all SHOUTcast servers, but the function is commonly misunderstood.
The standard password (not admin) is extremely limited and only has the ability to view active listener information, XML Statistics and view the log file.
If a DJ tries to access any other feature, such as the Ban IP area, they will be prompted for the administration password which can be configured in Cast-Control under the server configuration.
