Icecast & Icecast KH services count all HTTP requests as connections against the service, which means requests for information from MediaCP may contribute to the connections count. It is important to make sure that the Max Connections limit is not set to a value that is too low (<10 for example), or that the total number of listeners/connections is not too close to the limit (i.e., 499/500 listeners); as this may block the MediaCP from accessing required information.
Resolution
Increase the Max Connections limit and restart the service.
