We are excited to announce that we have launched our new revamped Feature Request platform for customers to submit ideas, vote on new features, and shape our product roadmap. The new system keeps all the functionality you’re familiar with while adding tools that make it easier to participate in product decisions and connect with other users.
Submit and Vote on features
Creating a new feature request is easy. Add a title, set the product category, write a description explaining your idea, and select relevant sub-categories to help others find it. You can also submit images to serve as a visual aid. Once submitted, your request joins the platform where other users can discover and vote on it.
Voting shows us which features matter the most to our customers. The more votes and discussion we see surrounding a feature the higher priority we place on implementing the feature. You can browse all requests and sort them by recently updated, vote count, view count or comments to find features that align with your interests. The more votes a request receives, the clearer the signal that it addresses a real need. You can browse all requests and sort them by popularity, date, vote count, or number of comments to find features that align with your interests.

Discuss Features
Each feature request has it’s own discussion attached to it for the community to share their perspective, ask questions or add their own recommendations or concerns to a given request. Comments can now be liked to highlight important ideas to the top. You’ll also receive email notifications when someone likes your comment. If changes are needed it is now possible to edit or delete comments.

Stay Updated
The new notification system provides automatic notifications when:
- Features you voted on change status, so you’ll know when a feature gets selected for development or is completed.
- New comments are posted on features you follow.
- New features are posted in categories you subscribe to.
These will beep you up to date with the progress of the features and categories you are about. Should you want these emails to stop you can unsubscribe anytime with one click on the unsubscribe link.

Sort by Status and Categories
Every request displays its current status to easily track and get an idea on what is planned. Open requests are under consideration, planned requests have been accepted and added to the official software roadmap, completed requests have been added to the panel, and declined requests include an explanation of why we’re not pursuing them.
Request are also categorised by product group and up to three product categories. Each category has a relevant icon and is listed on each request as well as on the sidebar making it quick to look through and identify the areas you care about most.
