CentOS 8 is now discontinued and urgent attention is required to upgrade to CentOS 8 Stream or migrate to a new system.
Do i need to take any actions?
Yes. You should upgrade or migrate to a new system. Since the O/S is no longer supported, features such as AutoSSL may soon fail to function correctly.
Can MediaCP Support do this for me?
We can migrate your MediaCP to a new server with a supported operating system.
Is AlmaLinux Supported?
Yes – support for AlmaLinux is now provided. It has passed our initial tests successfully.
My server is CentOS 7, do i need to upgrade?
No. CentOS 7 is a Long Term Support version and is supported until 2024.
