Shoutcast Stream Authentication

Stream Authentication is currently available with Shoutcast 198 only.

The Stream Authentication system makes use of the Reserved IP feature of shoutcast by blocking any IP address that is not listed - the Stream Authentication will automatically handle the Reserve IP address list in combination with the Stream Authentication database. Any manually entered IP addresses will not be altered unless used in combination with the stream authentication system.
