When are invoices generated for subscriptions?
Invoices for recurring subscriptions are generated 7 days in advance.
What happens the subscription is not paid on time?
All subscriptions include a 2 day grace period should the invoice not be completed on time.
Subscriptions may become suspended should they remain unpaid after the grace period and are automatically terminated after 14 days unpaid.
Why is there only a short grace period?
It is expected that all invoices are to be completed by the due date. Should you be unable to complete payment within this time then we recommend contacting the accounts & billing department to request a payment extension.
What happens if my subscription is terminated?
The existing subscription and any custom arrangement will be voided should the subscription be terminated.
If you wish to continue using the Media Control Panel software then you can register for a new subscription from our website.
