Facebook Stream Targets Disconnecting

If your Facebook stream targets are disconnecting after 30 seconds or 10 minutes or somewhere in-between, it is very likely that Facebook account is limited and Facebook is terminating the broadcast. If your account is limited on Facebook then it will affect all accounts, pages, and groups that are related to your Facebook account. Facebook may not provide a notification about this disconnection, and it is best to contact Facebook Support for further information.

To confirm this you can try creating another stream target with a different account to test with, with unrelated pages using uncopyrighted video. If you can successfully stream without disconnections with this setup then your account is almost definitely limited.

We recommend contacting Facebook support via email with one of the two following accounts:

From there try to include as much detail as possible and highlight that you suspect your account has been limited due to streaming issues.

We also recommend you review the Repeated intellectual property infringer policy for Meta to avoid future issues.
