How to suspend and unsuspend a service

If you need to suspend or unsuspend a user's media service, you can do so from within the service's control panel.

Suspend Service

  1. Navigate to intended service

  2. Select suspend on the bottom left

They will now see an orange header to inform them that their service is suspended and will no longer be able to use their service.

 

Unsuspend Service

  1. Navigate to intended service

  2. Select Unsuspend on the bottom left


They will now be able to use their service as normal.
