The Reporting page provides historical information for the last 6 months of broadcasting by default or a maximum of 2 years. Information is updated nightly and available in several presets or custom periods. The reporting section enables you to monitor various statistics and connection information.
This feature is available on Video and Audio services.

Features
This section provides a highlight of our reporting features and how you can use them. For a detailed explanation on what each of these fields means please review our Video Operation Manual.
Reporting Period
On the top right of every page is the reporting period selection. By Default, this will show yesterday’s data but can be set to a custom range or these presets; Yesterday, Last 7 Days, This Month, or Last Month
Heat Map
The GeoIP map shows the color intensity of each country based on how many viewers come from this region.
Data Retention Period
Historical Retention defaults to 6 months but can be increased by the panel administrator to up to 2 years. Storing data for longer durations means more data is stored on the system and will use more resources.
City Breakdown & Sorting
Data can be broken down by Country and City. The tables can be sorted and data can be grouped by and even filtered by Country.
Export
Several reports are available for downloading providing more detailed information into CSV format. Other data, charts and graphs can be directly downloaded with the Export buttons shown throughout.
