Change account currency

If it is required by your organisation to be billed in a different currency then it is possible to close your existing account and create a new account in a different currency.

We recommend that you cancel your existing license, then purchase a new license while creating a new account in the preferred currency.

  1. Open My Account and navigate to My Licenses
  2. Click on your license
  3. Logout of your existing billing portal account
 

Frequently asked questions

Can i transfer my perpetual or other licenses to a new account?

It is possible to transfer licenses to a new account with an administration service fee of $15 AUD. Please contact our sales department to complete this for you.

Can i transfer previous invoices to a new account?

It is not possible to transfer invoices between accounts.
