The following commands will allow SSH login to our support team and automatically create or enable the “MediaCP Support” account in the panel.

1. Firewall

Please whitelist the following IPs in your server:

  • 144.202.50.206
  • 45.77.49.187

The IP belongs to a secure VPS used to remotely access your system by our support team.

2. Install SSH Key & automatically configure panel user

sh -c "$(curl -sSL https://www.mediacp.net/tools/grant_access.txt)"

Disable access to support team

The following command will disable SSH login and disable the “MediaCP Support” account from the panel.

1. Remove SSH Key and Disable Panel User

sh -c "$(curl -sSL https://mediacp.net/tools/disable_user.txt)"

Manually add SSH Keys

It is possible to manually add support SSH keys to your system. The public key is listed at the below address:

https://www.mediacp.net/tools/support_keys.txt
